People's opinions can always be debated. That's not pathetic, it's called a discussion.
The FACT is a few British folks think Frusciante is the best ever. That's their OPINION. Is he or Slash a legend because of that? That's where even more opinions are made.
I got no problem with the list, but saying we can't discuss it is pathetic in itself.
I didn't say anyhing that'd contradict it.
Fact is that people's perception define the legendary status. The summarized opinion of 30,000 British music fans is that Slash is an outstanding guitarist from the last 30 years. His second place tells that his importance cannot be underrated and he cannot be handled like some here do, that he was just a 'replacable musician'. No. If music fans (in this case British music fans) regard Slash this high, then all my above statement is true.
The list clearly proves what some people try to deny here, that Slash was a vital and irreplacable part of Guns N' Roses. He is a legend.
