Fantastic Version! Started off a little slow but wow did he hit the sweet spot mid way through. Slash really is one of those 1 in 1000 guys.

yeah it would blow my mind to have slash at my wedding. I like that he's just chilled out here respectfully playing it too and not posing and taking the focus off the groom and stuff.
I've always thought slash's version of the godfather was special, i'm not sure the studio one really captured it...but this vid, and even the tokyo live dvd...he's really "on"....

I was totally going to knock this until I remembered Bucket did the same thing: Played BB King's "The Thrill Is Gone" at a wedding. Not even a band members' wedding.

Holy shit, that started off rough. Way to hit that note at :42, Slash. It was a nice recovery tho. What was with the guy walking around throwing money? I want to go to a wedding like that!

That was pretty good, but I don't know if "The Thrill Is Gone" is really an appropriate song for a wedding....

At a friend of mine's wedding, the band closed with "Love The One You're With".
