Yeah Casino is damn good, but Pulp Fiction is legendary and a land mark in cinema. Gotta be a finalist.
I was surprised the matchup with Casino was so close. So I'm not sure how far Pulp Fiction will go.

I don't think its worthy of being a finalist. The film is definitely below masterpiece territory. It drags in several spots(all the Thurman scenes with the OD being the exception, the Butch- Fabienne scenes)and probably would have benefited from one more trip to the editing room.
It does deserve a lot of the kudos it gets. Early/mid 90s was one of those transitional phases in cinema. No one knew what direction it was going, and out of the blue Tarantino unleashed this unconventional film on the masses.
