Yes.
And ... was a U.S. tour ever even seriously considered? Aside from Frank's throw-away comment to My Latino Voice, there's really been no indication that one is in the works.

there are other promoters so he can't shut down anything....he can just make things very difficult if Live Nation is not an option. Not only do they promote, but they also own a ton of big venues.
On the flip side, Live Nation just promoted the Canadian tour. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

this is y we are all looking at each other wondering what's going on when nothing is going on but something is supposed be going on (takes a breathe). like when cd was released and there was no tour. axl clearly can't get on the phone or on the plane often enough to keep the buiness running properly. it's a give and take and axl has the motivation of a turtle when it comes to music, can only imagine what he's like when it comes to paying bills and making meetings. i'm sure he just hands out money or promises of money and hopes it gets taken care of to the highest standard. then he gets upset when it isn't up to his standard and someone gets fired and someone doesn't get paid.

I was thinking the same, like he could black ball the venues that booked GNR with out his money being paid back first, holding everyone hostage....
