We didn't throw things at the band, only at the stage, and those things was a plastic water bottles

is that a joke? - the band was on that stage. you throw things at the stage - you throw things at the band. people like you don't know wrong from right and you clearly don't understand cause and effect either. throwing things at the band is a good way to ruin any chance of gnr ever coming back to your town. your reasons for doing so are, therefore, very ironic.

Fantastic time in Argentina! Apologies to the fans in the front that weren't getting Axl's voice in the PA - don't know wtf happened, heard part of the PA had malfunctioned, or something with the angle of the speakers, don't know exactly, regardless of the reason, I'm sad that there were fans that missed out on the full experience. Understand why people were throwing stuff at the stage, to alert us there was a problem. Someone threw a shoe. Please people, if you're going to throw a shoe, throw BOTH shoes - one shoe is of very little use.

elvarto, I know it seems like everyone is "picking on the noob", but you gotta understand there wont be a positive reaction to people throwing things towards Axl and the band, under any circumstances.

No artist deserves that.

Since the band is now more active than it's been since 1993, hopefully they head back to your area again.

To be honest, some people do deserve shit thrown at them.  I saw a band (can't remember the name) cover a Soundgarden song.  I wanted to throw something.  16

Ron is too cool there IMO, but he don't wanna cause problems and just laugh it off.

Axl have done the same joke, asking people to throw dollars next time etc..

so finally found an interesting GNR forum!

i ve been to the Buenos Aires Show and i can tell that it wasnt what i expected..
i was on the field, like 20 meters away from the stage and i couldnt hear at all! the sound was terrible and the ppl were complaining about that, they even threw bottles to the stage to let the sound technicians that we couldnt hear properly.  Which was sth im not proud about! Axl even threat to leave if the continue throwing things...
The set list wanst either that good! thew were playing the almost same songs in all the south american tour! still cant complain, they play beautiful old songs to an old fun country who has been waiting over 17 years to watch them play again!
All the mixed emotions made me feel satisfied despite the sound issues!
