M.I.A. 2010 Tour Dates (more to be added)

This summer, as early as June, M.I.A. will drop a brand new album. This is awesome news. And nearly as awesomely, she'll also return to the stage, playing festivals in four big cities, as Brooklyn Vegan points out.

First off, she'll play HARD Fest shows in both New York and L.A. The L.A. show will happen July 17 at L.A. Historic State Park, and the NYC show goes down July 24 at South Island Field on Governors Island. She'll also top the bill at London's Underage Festival, which comes to Victoria Park on August 1, and she'll join Pavement, Big Boi, the Stooges, the xx, Girls, LCD Soundsystem, and more at the Ã˜ya Festival, which happens August 10-14 in Oslo, Norway. And with festival season just heating up, hopefully she'll show up at a few more, too.

Below, we've got her summer schedule thus far.

07-17 Los Angeles, CA - L.A. Historic State Park

I will of course keep adding dates as they are announced.

If she doesn't schedule any Frisco or Sac dates by July, I might take the 400 mile journey to Los Angeles. Probably wont have to as the record is near release and she always tours my area when promoting an album. The Bay Area loves her and she does multiple shows here. Luckily for Russ she loves Detroit as she always does a show there during a real tour. I know saikin is a casual fan and she's also performed in Seattle before.

Some of you Euro Evo members need to check out one of these shows. She might be adding even more festivals over there.
