Obviously I liked the original one with Arnold. Wasn't much of a fan of the 2nd one with Danny Glover. The AVP movies were ok for some popcorn fun but really they were pretty stupid.
This one might be decent though. It's got some real actors in it. Hard to say. I always think with these kinds of movies there's so much potential to create something epic but in the end we always end up with a ho hum shoot'em up, blow'em up type movie. I'm looking forward to it anyways.

That looks FUCKING GOOD.
Predator 2 is a vastly underrated film imo. Although i'm not a big Danny Glover guy in real life, as an actor, he was a solid action lead for the film.
This is straight up Predator 3. This is the first real Predator film we've gotten since 1990. Brody is an off-choice like Glover was for Predator 2. I think he's gonna do well with it. It's gonna be a role, most wouldn't imagine him being in. Larry Fishburne however seems to be a smarter rehash of Bill Duke from the original Predator imo. At least from that teaser.
I just wish Alan Silvestri was doing the music. And hopefully it wont be too CGI-heavy.
As far as i'm concerned the AvP movies never existed.

I can tollerate AvP1 cos Lance Hendrickson or whatever was cool , the second was just god-aweful. All predator movies need to get the fuck out of the alien movies franchise though IMO, i'd like to see a straight alien 5.
Anyway...this looks much better than I'd expected when i read of a new one a while back. Robert is an interesting director though...i love some of his movies (desperado, dusk till dawn) but then some (once upon a time in mexico) i just don't enjoy. Looks like this one will be good though!

My opinion would be all Aliens movies need to get the fuck outta Predator movies.
