From the liner notes. No time to translate it now though...

Sorry I don't remember anything about you
消えちまってるんだ あれもこれも
今夜はなんでだろ いつもよりのどが渇く
夜明け前 絶対先に眠ったのは お前のほう
調子いいことばっかほざいて だらしなかったのは 俺のほう
Sorry I don't remember anything about you
砂にまみれたんだ あれもこれも
焼けつく風が 心の中 吹き流れる
幼く燃える嫉妬のかたまりだった
なにがなんでも お前をつなぎとめておきたかったんだよ
Sorry I don't remember anything about you
消えちまってるんだ あれもこれも
うかれた気分で 誰かを傷つけ
I can't let go...anything about you
だいなしにしたんだ あれもこれも
輝く日々は 永遠に埋もれてゆく

Re: Slash Sahara Japan 5" CD SINGLE
Is B'z any good? I actually quite like this dudes voice...he's got some range...although maybe it's just cos it suits slash's guitar well...might not be so cool on something else.
Re: Slash Sahara Japan 5" CD SINGLE
Paradise City was laughably awful. While she was bad covering it, Fergies voice sounded cool at times, given the right song, she could do well on the album (a Sheryl Crowe sounding rock song). I don't think she can pull off something heavy.
I like the guitar on Sahara, the vocals didn't do it for me. Cool riffs though, which is promising.

Re: Slash Sahara Japan 5" CD SINGLE
While NOTHING can ever come close to the original and Axl's voice....i actually enjoyed the paradise cover...it was nice to hear that heavy riff in a recording that sounded more modern (clarity etc).
I'm usually not fond of female singers, so i'd normally be first to bash fergie, but I thought she did a good job of Axl's parts considering. I like that appart from just hitting the notes (like most female singers would do) she put a bit of that rock agression/semi-screamy thing into it for example before the solo at 2:19.
I did miss a few of the guitar parts though...especially the little riff that used to be during "so far away".
Anyway, I'll be interested to see what she pulls off on the album...she seems to have a reasonable amount of power in her voice.
