Yeah I won, barely.  Got next to nothing from my WR's, which I expected.  But thanks to Chris Johnson's huge day, my team was able to pull it out.  You still top me in overall points.  I'm on your tail though.

if you add a player after games start for the week then you have to wait until wednesday for the transaction to complete...if you are higher in the standings then lower people get priority...but say i want like one guy and crash diet wants 5 including the one i want then he gets dibbs on all 5 guys before me and i have to pick someone else or just roll with what i already have

Yeah I'm still ahead of you on the waiver wire.  Head to head matchups don't matter in fantasy when it comes to tie breakers.  I'm still technically in 2nd place in the HTGTH division even though there's a tie for first between my team and Estranged Eagles, and I beat him 2 weeks ago AND have more overall points than him.  The difference, he has a better record against the division (the rest of the HTGTH teams).

Head to head matchups trump everything else in real life, but not in fantasy.  Yet another reason fantasy isn't as good as real life.

I'd be willing to part with Cadillac or Julius Jones for a WR, if you'd be interested.  I don't really plan on playing either guy.  I just have them for insurance purposes in case Addai or C. Johnson get hurt.

I sent you a proposal.  Let me know what you think.  You'd rather trade (the other) Steve Smith than Jennings?

not gonna give up a starter for a backup...Smith is like one of the top WR's this season granted he's been slow the past couple weeks but still i think he has some value

he's started every week for me since i picked him up for week 2 counter trade sent

Fantasy Football rule number 127: Never trade anything of substance for a guy that was on the waiver wire in week 8.  There may be a couple exceptions to the rule (injury replacement mostly, but even then it's rarely worth it).
