Look What The Cat Dragged In and Slippery When Wet are the same album.

And Chinese Democracy is better than Slippery When Wet, let alone These Days.

Usually I enjoy your posts Axlin but this has to be the most ignorant post you have ever made.  EVER!  To say that Look what the cat dragged in and Slippery are the same.  Man!  I ain't saying that Jovi are the greatest thing ever but man they are way better than Poison.  I know that Jovi has always been underappreciated by the critics but man don't let yourself be so influnced by the media man.

This isn't about who you like better. This is about pointing out these manufactured artists are the same act, but different era.

Ah man This isn't even a valid point.  Poison is manufactured glam rock I'll give you that (Even though I like Poison).  But even though Bon Jovi are not the greatest song writers in the world they are vastly superior to Poison.  I mean there is not a track in Look what the cat dragged in (or in Poison's entire catalog for that matter) that even comes close to Wanted dead or alive.  And the rest of Slippery is so much better that Cat that it's not even funny.  And again I like Poison.

They weren't a manufactured band they were a legit band in a manufactured era.

These days is a better albums in terms of song-writing and lyrics than both Slippery and Chi Dem. And musically its quite appealing with some nice bluesy sounds to most of the songs.

As proof of my ramblings I provide the lyric sheet for the song "Something to Believe In" accompanied by the track itself. Axlin08. I cahllenge you to find a song on Slippery or Chi-dem that is better than this

I lost all faith in my god, in his religion too
I told the angels they could sing their songs to someone new
I lost all trust in my friends
I watched my heart turn to stone
I thought that I was left to walk this wicked world alone

Tonight Ill dust myself off
Tonight Ill suck my gut in
Ill face the night and Ill pretend
I got something to believe in

And I had lost touch with reason
I watched life criticize the truth
Been waiting for a miracle
I know you have too

Though I know I wont win
Ill take this one on the chin
Well raise a toast and Ill pretend
I got something to believe in

If I dont believe in jesus, how can I believe the pope
If I dont believe in heroin, how can I believe in dope
If theres nothing but survival, how can I believe in sin
In a world that gives you nothing
We need something to believe in

If I dont believe in jesus, how can I believe the pope
If I dont believe in heroin, how can I believe in dope
If theres nothing but survival, how can I believe in sin
In a world that gives you nothing
We need something to believe in

I personally find every song on Chinese to be superior to These Days with the except of maybe SR.

But again, this thread being about Creed tickets going for seventy five cents and having nothing to do with the These Days Vs. Chinese Democracy.........................

A good and valid point. But no one likes Creed sooo...

I thought they were ok.  Although I thin I have never listened to an entire Creed album ever.
