I do, but only if they're genuinely funny and not just hateful, I think it's natural to blow off steam and laugh at the absurdity of some of the really horrible stuff that exists in this world, after all humour never came about from people being mutually kind, respectful and supportive...
Well, that's my feeling, and have voted accordingly. 
Curious where you folks stand on this - comments/opinions welcome, and if you don't like 'em, be really appreciative to hear your PoV because I'll never stop learning?!

IMO...sometimes something is very funny BECAUSE its so flagraintly wrong and improper. Sort of how Larry David plays with social conventions. But it must be clear in the end that it was a joke and not the real viewpoint. But I think at times politically correct type issues are actually strengthed by people being ale to have a laugh at the funny side of it while respecting the issue...rather than pretending the world is only bleak.

Nothing wrong with inappropriate jokes. In fact, that's the only kind I like. 
You walk a fine line doing it though. This board(especially on the old version) used to make various remarks when crime stories/tragedies would get posted. I remember we really went a bit overboard when that SUV full of teen girls were killed in an accident due to the dipshit driver texting. I'm glad none of their families ever saw the threads.

I think humour exists to make the best out of bad situations, but I do not like jokes at other, more unfortunate, peoples expense. "Sick" jokes are not funny in my book, they are plain sick full stop. Are jokes about the severely mentally handicapped/"vegtables" funny? Of course there fucking not! Thats sick jokes to me, and about rape, child abuse, and fuck knows what else some people like to call humour. Are bullies funny?
Edgy, imaginative, unconventional humour is a completely different kettle of fish to "sick". Sick humour lacks imagination and intelligence to me, its weak beyond belief. The only way its even remotely effective or appreciated to me is the age old act of self deprecation, even then it can easily cross the line of decency.
Naaa, I much prefer "wit". A lost custom.

I have a strong sense of right and wrong, and not much rolls off my back. I had a freind growing up who's mum was blind and in a wheelchair, I heard a lot of sick jokes thrown at him and it wasnt pleasant, much less funny. I got in quite a few fights cause I couldnt see the funny side.
