Toughest one for me so far. Gonna go with Mario simply for the fact that it brings back good memories of my youth.

oh come on...how do these 2 get paired in the 1st round...these 2 are easily in my top 10 games, SMB3 being my favorite mario on the nes and Bioshock being my favorite recent PC game...
