I watched this lastnight. Its basically about a couple who lose their young son and how they cope (or dont) with it. The mother slowly turns into a psychotic suicidal murderess mess and the father, being a therapist, continuously analyzes her and treats her like a patient, which understandably makes her think of 1000 ways to kill or mutilate him.
Its very graphic but its not a horror or thriller like you might be used to, its very well done with some brilliant acting. Women will love one of the final scenes, NOT. ( I wont spoil it too much) 
I recommend it.
