this guy's a douche anyway..this is nothing more than trying to buy fame using the names of GnR and Axl Rose ... hell they are even trying to cashgrab what they can from Chinese Democracy

The only reason this has GNR mentions in it is because Frank and Richard are in this band and since they're negative I take it the both of them are out. So this means one of two things.
1. Reunion in the works that is going nowhere thanks to Axl
2. GNR is dead
3. They got in a fight with Axl and there are now vacant positions.

Hardly an overreaction. When a press release for an EP with your new side project slams your frontman, band and album your gonna get fired or have probably already quit.
