She wants to be watched and videotaped. Thats one of the main problems with these tabloid whores. They seek it out. While stars with class like Natalie Portman go eat out at nice restaurants or go to concerts, sporting events,etc, these chicks call the paparazzi to let them know exactly where they will be throughout the day. Then they pose for pics with them for hours.
This isn't speculation. Its a known fact these chicks and their hangers on make sure that the paparazzi know where they are going. They actually call in advance.
I remember a couple years ago a story came out where Hilton showed up at some club, and actually called them again to ask them why they weren't there yet.
This is their life. Lohan, Brit, Paris,etc. know they are nothing without the tabloid culture. Their fanbase has dwindled to almost nothing(check their latest box office score and album sales), so this is the only fame they can hang on to.
When the tabloids decide to move on to their next prey(hopefully some new "It girls" are on the horizon), their careers are over.
The tabloid whore who will feel the biggest sting when the media moves on is Lohan. She thought she was gonna be a megastar so she spent money like it was growing on trees. Now she is broke and her film career is toast. She recently had to try and sell pictures to the tabloids to get some dough.
Paris was born rich and Britney still has money.
I would agree with you if it was in regards to stars who do not seek out the tabloids(Portman, Berry, Paltrow,etc.).
