wonder why the nostalgia trip though?
With all the crap Axl has said about Slash in the past year (granted Slash had his turn bashing Axl in the past), do you think Slash could put that aside and would want to work with Axl again?
I mean I know Axl's stance on this topic. But I think Slash would be all for it.

Slash will never find a singer as good as Axl imo...(power, charisma, deep lyrics, insane vocal range, interesting melodies)...so i'd say he'd always be interested if he could get past the disagreements that seperated them. He basicly says in his book the reasons he left GNR...if some of those changed...he'd work with Axl i'd guess. But Axl will die first before going for that it seems.

Yeah I don't foresee a reunion anytime soon, if ever. But Axl said some pretty bad stuff about Izzy after he trashed him in that Classic Rock interview and they made up recently. Time heals all wounds. Although with everyone around Axl reminding him on a daily basis how evil Slash is, that one will be a little harder to get over.

funny thing was...in 06 RS interview @ KORN Party Axl praised Slash....then come 08/09 he hated him....whats that all about?
Slash's book came out. I don't think that sat too well with Axl. Didn't paint him in the most positive light.

According to Axl the reporter from Rolling Stone misquoted him.
The article stated that he said "I love the guy" when he really said "I loved the guy".
