A tie breaker when all the votes but one were for those two songs is a bit of a reach. If that one person who votes Billie Jean(probably a lurker) didn't vote, we'd have another tie.
It was obvious in these last few rounds that Billie Jean was gonna win. In my opinion, it should just be declared the winner. It aint gonna lose to either of those tracks.

Since his death I have a bigger appreciation for his later work. Scream, They Don't Really Care About Us, You Rock My World and Blood On The Dancefloor are pretty much superior to most of what he did in the 80's.
But its like GNR, not matter how great the music Axl makes now, or how much superior it is musically, its never going to top Jungle, SCOM or PC.

I agree mister. It's not that the 80's stuff doesn't still rule, but I think there's much more maturity, depth, and richness to alot of his later stuff.
Obviously Dangerous was the last "great one". But there are several terrific tracks on HIStory, Blood On The Dance Floor-the song itself might be his finest hour, and there's about 4 solid tracks on Invincible. One of my favorite MJ songs is You Are My Life.
