I heard Shadow of the Sun again last night. Pretty good song.

Although I still like CD better, and I say that, lifting the Axl-bias.

speaking of "hate votes" and chilipeppers..... 16

ever since under the bridge, they've fell into a comfort zone and they always churn out the same generic sounding song as their single...that has made me not like them so much...i love BSSM and Mothers milk but everything after sucks balls IMO

We'll agree to disagree...
just wondering, what do you think of Fortune Faded by the Chilis?

I'd rank all those at least on par with CD as well

Change World Needs A Hero to United Abominations and I 100% agree.

Those reviews of Audioslave remind me what utter garbage reviews are!

Anyway somehow I tuned out of this thread before the end, damn short attention span! However I can tollerate Audioslave winning because it's a very strong album to me, with some songs I'll keep forever and was glad to have heard.

But I'll confess I would have rated CD over it. I'm one of those people who doesn't like every song from every band and normally enjoy only 2 or 3 tracks from an album.

This one is a tough choice cos like Audioslave and CD are both exceptions to that rule.

For me I enjoy 9 of the 14 Audioslave songs or 64%, but I actually like every song on CD, which is odd for me, although maybe if i was being harsh I'd say I like sorry least of them, but worst case would be 13/14 on CD for me or close to 93% of the run time....

I sort of agree with Neemo too, although it could be that I havn't listend to enough Chillis stuff and am just missing the better tracks, but I loved BSSM but everyhting i've heard since hasn't been as cool to me.

I wouldn't agree with hot fuss. The first half was good second half trailed off into the abyss. Kasabian's first had some good songs but as an album it didn't do it for me. American Idiot boiled my blood. I would agree with In your honour though. Couldn't comment on the rest I liked mafia but didnt hear it nearly as much as the others here and never listened to a single megadeth album in my life
