Thriller, although I have to say Off The Wall would be a VERY close runner up followed by Bad.

Bad as a whole is very good.  Thriller and Off the Wall are very close though.  It says a lot about the talent this guy had when asking what's your favorite album and 4 different ones are mentioned.  Any other artists you get 2 different albums mentioned and that's it.  It's generally a consensus on what one's artist or band is their best album.  Jackson already has 4 different albums mentioned and they're all honrable and defendable picks.  To me this speaks volumes on his talent.

Alot of people give me a hard time for this, but.... I REALLY like Dangerous.

I just do. I think it's MJ's best album. Even though I enjoyed MJ's more faster-paced pop songs, songs like Billie Jean & Thriller & Bad & Smooth Criminal, etc. (I could go on).

But by the early-90's, MJ's work became so overly self-indulgent... and... I just love that shit. Use Your Illusion, Chinese Democracy, same thing.

MJ's ballads just blow me away to this day on Dangerous, I just love it. Having Black & White and Give In To Me with Slash on guitar also is a major bonus.

Not to mention...

Remember The Time
Heal The World
Will You Be There
Keep The Faith
Gone Too Soon
Dangerous

Love that fuckin' album, and for me, it really walks away. Runner up probably would be Bad.

off the wall was fucking FLAWLESS...
sure thriller had the hits... but throw on off the wall...
start to finish... bad ass post-disco beats...
it totally had a vibe.. a vibe that was VERY closely followed in the beginning of thriller.. up until the title track...

... every one of the albums was badass
this isn't about what album i liked the most songs on...cuz this ain't it...but it was the best cohesive ALBUM

HIStory: Disc 2 & Invincible were weaker efforts from the Quincy Jones-era.

Frankly, Invincible sucks. Other than a few songs (Rock My World, Speechless, 2000 Watts), I really don't care for it.

The problem with Invincible is as an album, it just goes nowhere. Every song seems to be different, more modern styles, Michael seems to be attempting some kind of Usher record, but the whole process seems by the numbers. I'm being nice in reference to Speechless & 2000 Watts, but in reality, You Rock My World is the big 'un on here, and it was the main single to drive the album.

People were used to MJ's albums, being just that, good 'albums'. But Invincible is the first with that good single, that you suddenly realize is the only good song on album. Just goes nowhere as a record, seems to be a clusterfuck of a bunch of different things, and doesn't really have a point.

You Rock My World should've just been released as a single, with maybe a remix of something to accompany it to radio airwaves, and that's it.

HIStory: Disc 2, was just an album full of B-sides, several of which should've just stayed in the vault for maybe a complete collection set later.

I've always thought HIStory should've been a one disc, greatest hits collection, that cut out several of the 'hits', and incorporated new tracks with the old.

They should've made it Disc 1, axed I Just Can't Stop Loving You, Man In The Mirror, The Girl Is Mine, and Heal The World, in favor of Scream, Earth Song,  You Are Not Alone, and Childhood, four new tracks on the GH collection.

"They Don't Care About Us", "Stranger In Moscow" and "This Time Around" ect...

I disagree.
