I'm surprised to see all the votes for Muse. While I know they aren't the kind of rock typically appreciated here, I can't imagine people reacting badly to their sound. And while they may have started a Radiohead ripoff, Black Holes isn't. They've grown into their own thing and there's some great songs on that album.
Fair enough, I can accept that. However this poll in general is pretty flawed (not the way it's run, but it in general). I haven't heard any songs from over half these albums, and tbh, I'm not going to listen to them all just for this poll. Call me close minded if you want, but really I don't have the time. I suppose I could only vote for the ones I heard, but those 5 or 6 I think are probably the best of the 00's, so that'd be flawed also. Well, VR is prob the least of em imho, but I'm confident I believe its better than some of these others.

That's kinda funny considering you actually suggested this elimination in a different thread.
I do agree with your general statement though. If there were a bunch of albums on the list I hadn't heard, I doubt I would download them all just for a quick listen.
