13-3 and the SB appearance last year to what 5-8 right now....geez

Bear fan here & it's not really all that surprising for us diehards. Last year they rode unbelievable special teams & D to the super bowl. This season, they've lost a couple of key contributors & not having a capable QB has caught up with them.

I'm gonna be disappointed if Minnesota misses the playoffs. That team could do some damage. They're gonna have to win the rest of their games. Currently Arizona and Detroit own the tiebreakers.

Even if Minnesota misses out, those are some intriguing playoff matchups, especially Browns-Steelers and Giants-Bucs.

Yeah Minnesota is probably getting in, but anything can happen. I didn't know until today that both Detroit and AZ had tiebreakers over them. Detroit isn't going, but AZ could present some problems.

I just hope the Vikings mediocre first half of the season doesn't knock them out of playoff contention.

Actually it looks like Arizona has a bit of an easier schedule, IMHO. Like you said though, anything can happen. This will come down to the final weekend.

Minnesota - @ SF, CHI, Wash, @ DEN
Arizona - @ Sea, @ NO, ATL, STL

Yeah, just be proactive though & change it to 8-5 tongue

Yeah man it could be. You guys are relatively healthy with Westbrook back, and we are going into this game pretty dinged up. Our Mike, and one if not both of our starting safeties will be out. This wont be like it was earlier this year. I expect a closer game. This is the type of game that will come down to a last minute field goal.

If Minnesota doesnt make it in this year, next year they should be pretty damn good if Jackson continues to progress. Their D is coming around, and Peterson is going to be an animal for years to come. I'm just glad he's not in the NFC East. Hard to believe he came into this past week leading the lead in rushing as a rookie, AND he had missed the last two games. The kid is an absolute stud.

Why do they even list the Ravens?

Probably because in an insane scenario where the teams above them lost the rest of their games, the Ravens probably have some sort of tiebreaker advantage over a couple of them.

They're not going though. Neither are quite a few of those teams, especially the Panthers.
