look, how many solos does DJ have on the album? answer: 0. he has no right to be in gnr, play with them live, write their songs, or perform robin's epic solos live. won't be right if a tour happens. will be a crime.
So to take your own logic back a step. Did robin have the right to play the solos Slash wrote and recorded on AFD, GNR Lies, and UYI? or has he also been a criminal these past 10 years?

It's kinda madness given we lost Slash and Bucket already 
But its worse when DJ hasn't played yet.
Like i say...if he gets up there and sucks big time..then fair enough. But he deserves a shot.....

I believe it. We're GNR fans. Only vs thread to never exist is Tracy vs Roberta, and had the forums existed back then, there woulda been a trillion of them.
It is amusing that the fanbase does comparisons with someone to never do anything in the band. Pretty soon we'll be having Captain Lou Albano vs Snuffaluffagus threads.....

So how long do we let the guy troll? I say we let it go for now because his posts (while completely idiotic and funny) are harmless. I must have missed all the epic Robin solos on CD since the only solo even close to being epic is BH's on TWAT, and you can't hear half of it.

DJ, is anything but perfect. robin's perfect. TIL solo by robin is perfect. DJ will stain it if he touches it live. like he will stain other epic solos from robin on the album if he does them live. robin deserves better. the fans deserve better than this. shame on axl for this misery
The crime is that Robin was ever allowed in the band. He alone turned off a huge number of classic GnR fans with his butchering of the old material. He could have literally been Jesus instead of just looking like him after that and it still wouldn't have erased the nightmare of his AFD/UYI live performances in the minds of a lot of classic fans.
I believe Robin killed the chances of CD being successful almost as much as Axl did...and that's saying something.

This is without a doubt the best thread ever.
Also robin67, Finch has no right to sue. All the recordings and rights to those recordings are owned by Axl Ros and UMG. Robin got credited for his work on the album and no doubt gets some money through royalties however small that may be.

wrong, you don't get royalties unless you are a part of the recording agreement and he is not. He gets publishing/songwriting credits for Better and that is it. Two separate things.
