She got what she deserved.
He pushed her back to get her and himself (mainly himself) out of the fkin traffic lane, and thats what set her off, and her behaviour from then on was out of line. She might have been a grandma and 72 but she had plenty of life in her there, anything could have happend.
As for physical restraint, as above, damned if you do damned if you dont.
Its the poiice, so do as you're fkin told. He warned her, she asked for it, so she got it. No allowances for being a moron because you are 72

Too many idiots out there ready to ruin my day. Gods knows they dont get half what they should anyway once prosecuted. She had a lack of respect for the law, and anyone that does, deserves it all.

So in theory, a woman looses her LIFE over a speeding ticket.
Simply because she didn't do what the cop says, and that's okay.
Fuck the law, how about that for a concept. The granny should've went Grand Theft Auto on his ass, and busted his kidneys out his back about 5 yards away with a shotgun. After all, it is Texas.
And to think... all because he had to push it on a SPEEDING TICKET. Damn shame if you ask me.
The cop was doing his job, and within his right, but that does not mean you follow it down the book every single day. He could've difused that situation, but simply letting her go with her 'unsigned' ticket, which has just as much meaning in a court of law. Doesn't matter if you fuckin' sign it, it still counts, and leave it at that.
What SHE should've done, is play it professionally. She should've smiled to the officer, signed the ticket, and fought it in court. If she didn't win, appeal. If she still didn't win, look at it as a lost battle, and move on.
But now, because of this "cop" as he's called, most likely the department is going to get sued, even if they are within their legal right, she's SOOOO taking them to civil court over this. If she has ANY history of heart issues, they are DEAD MEAT in court. She'll own that cop, and she should.

I also dont like the guy at the end saying its ok to taze her cos she made a simple thing difficult. I've seen other videos where cops taze people for being rude, generally annoying or basicly to instill disicpline in them - all of which I see as improper use of a tazer......in my opinion a taze should be used in situations where an offender can not be restrained with lesser means without signficant danger to the officer - and where use of a firearm would be an over reaction.
The problem with this video is its punishment tazing. I mean he's threatening to do it again when she's already fucked up on the ground and screaming...was he still in danger then?

When you have a drunk who's fighting and refusing to cooperate, who's already attacked other people, break that taser out. Tasers are also great for rowdy protestors that go too far, and crowd peace needs to be immediately restored.
But some old lady, because she refused to sign your speeding ticket. Fuck off...
