Surely it should be beer?
Looks like its another "energy" i.e high caffeine drink, targeted at children. These companies have no shame whatsoever.
There was something on the news here about these stupid high caffiene, high sugar drinks, one is trying to get on the market here called "cocaine".

I dont touch em myself. They make you as good as drunk as far as brain function and responsiveness. I wont touch anything with Taurine

I've supplemented with taurine before, its not a stimulant. It reduces muscular fatigue and is actually a relaxent. A lot of bodybuilders use it as a sleep aid.
Its stacked alongside stimulants like caffeine as it allows the stimulant effect to last longer as your body wont get tired as quickly.

In the mid 90's there was actually a major brewing company in Australia released a Duff Beer:
I remember buying a carton of it. It wasn't overly memorable and in the end a lawsuit by 20th Century Fox made them pull it from sale. I still see the odd can come up for sale on ebay for stupid prices.
