Well I finally had some Kentucky Grilled Chicken tonight.

De...licious. Maybe I just haven't had good rotisserie chicken, but I can honestly say it's the best i've ever had. I really like it, and i'm not a massive fan of rotisserie chicken.

Only 4(g) of fat in a wing, drumstick or breast. Low fat, tastes great... I hope this is here to stay!

Its kinda funny how they're known for their fries and cheese curds in other countries.

I'm gonna take a safe guess and say those chips went down the toilet when the mashed potatoes and biscuits did.

I would have said that back in the 80s/early 90s when they still fried them in that tallow shit. Now they're bland and lukewarm and you have to eat them a mere seconds after getting your order or they're rock hard.

I just love how the food standards in this country deteriorated and no one complains.

Gonna resist the temptation and proceed with my boycott. Did you order any of their sides with that? What did you wash down the dog biscuits with? 16

I ate at KFC a couple of times when I was in Japan and I must say that I thought that it was delicious.

They probably have higher food standards and don't use the same dirty oil over and over.

Sigh.  I too will go and try a sample of this just to see how it tastes like.

Didn't eat the biscuits. Biscuits did come with the meal, but they're LOADED with fat. I ate BBQ baked beans, green beans, and mashed potatoes-no gravy with the chicken. Not necessarily what i'd choose back in the day, but 2 pieces of chicken, and three sides for a meal, all at or under 12-13 grams of fat for the whole meal, is pretty damn good.

Here's some jaw-dropping facts.

One biscuit has the same amount of fat, as TWO pieces of grilled chicken.

One Original Reciepe Fried Breast has 21 grams of fat. One Extra Crispy Breast has 31 grams of fat, versus 4 grams for the Grilled.

And the jaw-dropping "when you think about it moment"...

The grilled chicken came in a 10-piece bucket, featuring 3 drum's, 2 breasts, 2 wings, and 3 thigh's (9 grams each, and I never eat these by the way).

I could eat ALL, yep, ALL of the breasts, wings, and drumsticks of the grilled in ONE SITTING, and still be consuming the fat, of only ONE PIECE of Extra Crispy.

Holy Christ. I'd take 7 pieces of chicken over one, any day. 16

Wow that's insane Axlin08. That's pretty much why I try to steer clear of fast food, but I'll make an exception for the grilled chicken.

They're giving away a free piece on the 28th aren't they?  I think Pollo Loco is giving away two free pieces on that day too to show you "the real thing."
