I think America gave up on lawsuits. Now they just notify your ISP to limit your DL speed for a little while, and the websites usually don't get much past a C&D.

Well the site is still up and it probably will stay up for some time. But if it does fall well then it's gonna take a long time to recover from such a blow.

Well they might have had a better chance of an appeal if they had been a lot more mature about it. Instead they blatantly taunted the RIAA and told them to go self violate themselves anally. Now whether you find that funny or not, fact is if you do stuff like that don't expect the judge to take your side.
