he's lucky they only booed him...i saw the verve pipe in 90's at a festival in Toronto...the had the audacity to say the cnadian music scene sucked and were the only US band on the bill....they played one song and someone threw a beer bottle at the singer and knocked him out cold....it was the only cheer they got that day 
all i gotta say is...if you dont like canada then stay the fuck out 
dont come up here and tell us how much you dispise us

Where Billy Bob comes from, the south (Texas), Mashed Potatoes without Gravy is sacriledge.
He's calling Canadians plain, and without taste.
Which is rich coming from a guy who's music sucks HARD. I just feel bad for the innocent Mashed Potatoes & Gravy that got roped into his stupid analogy, as it is one of the great side dishes ever known to mankind!
