Not everywhere is on yet but most of the US, UK and Australia seems to be (the big cities at least).

Type in your address and it'll come up with a bubble on the map. If the bubble contains a photo and a "Street View" link you can click the link to view your street in photos. Its pretty cool as the camera pans 360° but still an invasion of privacy imo.
