Is Richard still the third guitar player?
I would think so....he was included in the band for directing questions to @ the other boards
and this is listed on the myspace page as the band

The fuhrer says Finck is out and Ashba is his replacement. Not for the tour but for the shit of it. That means we have one album just out which lacks one of the biggest contributors sound wise and potentially more albums which isnt't even out yet but already lacking the players who made the album. Now both BH and Finck is gone, the two main guitar players of 2002.
Guessing he will replace Robins part of any upcoming albums? 
Good luck finding another band with the same deal involved.
