An interesting tidbit at the end of this article: He names Robin as a member of NIN. Doesn't sound too temporary.

If he's serious, which he frequently isn't, it's a really interesting offer. 50 bucks for the CD/DVD and a 5 minute phone call is actually worth considering too. The single is pretty good.

EDIT: Of course he says Robin is a NIN member. You'd have to be crazy to call him a GNR member right now.

He could be kidding, but what if someone offered the $75K deal. I bet he'd do it. I would.

Yeah, the Robin thing is true, but that's for the people who just think he'll jump right back into GNR.

There's no way in hell Finck comes back to GNR, and the same can be said of the others who left.

Chisel it in stone....

that's some funny shit though....It's funny the 6 degrees of separation between new Gnr, NIN, and Tool....what's not funny is that Axl just simply is too crazy too match up with Reznor and MJK.

Axl should do the 75k deal - Freese in GnR for a month recording and performing live would be great. And a Josh Freese EP about the life of Axl would also be sick. Haha.
