Never mind the racism issue, I don't think the chimp story is something that should be made fun of. The woman apparently was being ripped apart when the police were able to stop and kill the chimp. I read a rather graphic description that said the chimp apparently ate both of her hands and was tearing her face apart. That's awful and I really don't think people should be making fun of this situation when that woman is in ICU. It's just not something that you joke about IMHO.

Racism aside, that cartoon is just awful. I don't see how a monkey escaping the zoo and being shot has to do with Obama's stimulus plan. I get what they are trying to say, but I think they do a very bad job of doing it. The two events aren't related in any way.
The chimp didn't escape a zoo. It was a woman's pet. It had been a TV star over the years and lived like a child. Apparently it snapped and attacked the woman's friend who was coming to visit her. And I don't think it's appropriate to be joking about the situation when the woman who was attacked is in ICU and might not survive this.

Then they crossed more than just the racism line with that cartoon. What garbage. That is just plain disgusting.
