Is it silly ?

I was surfing a site where old school friends can get together as well as people who worl
ked together.

My " we are slowly separating" companion and i worked together so there were 2 employees listed last time i looked and tonight, i saw 3, so i went to see who was the 3rd.

i saw my " ex" had created a new profile page on which he says he is single, and it's very recent because his new job is listed and he started early this month.

I don't know why, i don't love him anymore, especially after all the hell he put me through and all the threats and the pressure, but seeing he specifically said he is now single kinda hurt.

Because on one side, he is still giving me grief, he doesn't let go and yet, he says he is single.

Is it silly to feel this way ?

No it's not silly because there is some part of you that still has feelings if this irks you and that's okay, even tho you can put through hell in relationship if you still aren't completely separated, those "feelings" are still sorta there.

i'm still sad this morning, a sort of " that's it so, you've finally accepted what i was wanting", the road now truly has two separate roads and it feels a bit scary, because everything ahead of me is blank, has to be written into the unknown.

I don't have friends anymore, i don't have a job yet and no relationship.

And we will probably be moving to a place where i never lived before too.

I should feel excited, but i just feel empty..

Your feelings about everything are entirely normal Jess. Just remember all the shit he caused you and look forward to the fresh start that is now open to you.
