You do what you believe is best for you and speaks of who you are as a person. If you believeing defending your friend by not reporting is best for you and defines who you are then do that.
If you think reporting someone is is what speaks most truthfuly of who you are and is whats best for you then do that.

I do not appreciate that kind of wise ass bullshit from someone who doesn't know me and will never know me. I was stating my opinion. And that is my code and I will fucking die by it. I don't rat on people or send someone off to jail. I've been there and it's not a pretty fucking scene.
Also a drug dealer does NOT make you take drugs you make yourself take drugs.

Maybe my sence of humour is too australian, but I don't really see why this thread is funny if its a joke. The last paragraph where it breaks into the TV theme is funny i guess, but to set that up with a made-up multiple paragraph story wouldn't make much of a joke to me. But hey. Anyway...real or fake...it's making for some interesting discussions!

Unless the dealer is selling to children or is creating danger to myself or loved ones then I would never rat on someone either. There are people in jail for years for selling nothing more than pot yet others walking for MUCH more serious crimes. Noone's making "customers" buy from these guys, it's all choice.

First of all as a guy any woman that thinks her guy should hit her to "teach her a lesson" is in my opinion a very fucked up individual.
Hitting a woman for me and pretty much everyone I know and have grown up with is a big no no.
What happened to treating your girl with respect and courtesy? Your way of thinking is exactly why most girls date guys that are complete jerks that just use them. She needs to be appreciative I had a heart, and didn't kill her, let alone turn her in. I let her get away with it all, and she was driving my friend further into a drug addiction, just so she could make money.

Yes which I can see you stepping in and saying ok i know your both using you should stop. But Narcing on her? I mean to a drugee that's basically the worst thing you can say or do. And Yes I probably wouldn't pull a knife on you, I would get the hell outta dodge. BUT knowing a few dealers and drugees you never ever threaten to narc.
I learned that some years ago after my friend's brother cut him from about 6 inches below the armpit stretching around to his lower back. He was on drugs and was dealing and my friend not knowing better and being young said he was calling the cops. took over 100 stitches

As most of you know, I have pretty much had various drug addictions off and on most of my life. I have seen things(and did things) that I sure as hell wouldn't post on a public forum. Having said that, NEVER threaten to turn someone in over drugs. I don't care if its your lover and you're just pissed off. Threatening to "narc" on someone is the quickest way for you to either get killed or have your face smashed in. If the person you told it to doesn't do it, someone they know will.
Never, ever take anything drug related lightly.

My advice would be to stay out of any conflicts that don't involve your own girlfriend. Some women love being shit on and abused. They also like playing games, and what better way than to start some bullshit drama with some guys?
No thanks. If I'm not fucking some woman or have some other sort of personal involvement, I honestly don't give two shits whats happening. Only exception would be stumbling upon a woman getting robbed or raped.
As far as the main topic of this thread goes, I don't advocate violence against women. There are exceptions though. A woman crosses a line when she screws around on her husband(and vice versa). All bets are off at that point and anything goes. Screwing around on a bf/gf isn't as big of a deal, but once you violate your marriage you pretty much have a death wish.Noticed some people mention how odd this thread is. The only things odd about it are all the responses that followed the original post(including mine). A joke thread causes people to reveal something about themselves that they otherwise wouldn't have revealed.

See that's the thing James. It was on a Bus and she happened to be a friend all because she told this guy (who pretty much thinks he's big shit and cn take down anyone) to stop calling her a bitch. Well he hits her. So me(being 280) and a friend (who is a good deal smaller but ripped jump up to defend her. After I had him slammed against the bus window by his throat he knew not to mess with us.
And by the way he in my opinion initiated the fight earlier during the ride when he decided it would be fun to throw a glass bottle at me. I let that go. But hitting her crossed the line.

Crying over a dealer busted, would be like crying over a race car driver who slams into a wall and dies. They knew the risk. They knew the reward.
I'm not going to go out of my way to make anyone's life difficult. Not my style. But there's two sides to every penny when it comes to people's personality to. Cocky people go down, good guy dealers don't.
I find no sympathy for dealers, which i've been around, that wait, get you hooked, then jack the price up. No sympathy for dealers who stand outside of middle schools to push on kids. And just being an all around asshole, can get vice or narc on my speed dial.
Dealers serve a purpose. To make money, and provide a service to a public that demands it. The street has rules - like don't rat. But the street also has rules that apply to scum sucking dogs.
I've known men that sold all kinds of stuff, because they were drop outs with no education, with a wife and kid at home to feed. I might not of approved of what they did to get their money, but I didn't judge. What would I do in that situation? Probably the same.
I hear all of what you guys are saying, but i've heard that "code of honor" bullshit for the street so much in my life, like it's fucking Goodfellas, that I could puke. Fuck that shit. I just dont want you guys thinking i'm some little old lady sitting back, waiting to call the law on everyone, either.
