That's how media works. They wanna attention, they wanna sell, so they'll use anything they can find about the celebs (cause that's what most people wanna read about). Whe it comes to a recluse, it's harder to write anything, so they won't miss a chance like this.

On the other hand... if the media neglected the whole Dexter thing, people would be all over saying how much the media hates Axl, he speaks, but they don't wanna hear him.
