The Thing and Pet Semetary were eliminated in the last round.
I'm gonna have to vote for The Exorcist. I always considered it overrated, and its not really as influential as some claim it is. Its mainly just famous for a few scenes.

Damn, that is a tough list but I will have to pick the Exorcist as well which is kind of surprising to me. However when faced with the other choices on the list there is really no question that it is the "weakest link".

"Halloween" I think its a great movie, but it never scared me.
If there were no sequels it could have been called a psycholocial thriller.

I don't see a poll.
Yeah it kinda of a problem, I often have to refresh the page several times before the polls loads up.
The board sometimes either loads the karma or the poll, very rarely both.

If you click the first post rather then click on the thread when it's bumped, then you can see the poll. At least it that worked for me.
I pick Nightmare On Elm Street, I just can't compare it for the time Exorcist was made and how the make up was as amazing as it was and how scared the Exorcist made me so much so to the point I never wanted to watch it for awhile. Not to many movies can envoke that kind of fear in people.
