The 89 Batman is one of the most boring, uninteresting movies I have ever seen. I guess you had to be there, because to me it's total crap.

Mabye you did have do be there 
I was still a kid when it came out and the only Batman I knew was that TV show, which wasnt as bad as you might think, it was the only live action version out and was watchable at least. But the 89 movie was huuuuge, I remember collecting the stickers for it and swapping my "doublers" in school 
I think the film is still damn good, its actually the first ever dvd I bought. I still havnt really watched the new Batman films, I kinda want to, but that Bale guy is sucha dick lol!
