Anyways, these people don't have any disorder other than being outcasts/socially abnormal. The Asperger's diagnosis was correct for the bottom one imo. Somewhere along the line this Amy failed to ever connect emotionally with other people, which in large part could be indeed credited to how her father treated her when she was young.
It's simple folks. Do you really think you're gonna get a man being 270pds. with a military cut, and FEMALE? That isn't even counting ugly.
Same can be said for the woman at top. She seems to have a sexual phobia (history of abuse?) of men, as she herself admitted that everything is fine, until sex comes up, and the relationship dissolves because she refuses to go there. No woman is ever gonna keep a man, not putting out.
They then feel humiliated, because THEY feel shunned, because of their extreme timidness to basically 'live' (socially abnormal), and then turn around and fixate on objects because it allows them to be 'mentally lazy' and NOT confront the real problem. Both of the women at the bottom are 'enablers' that allow each other to behave that way, and have the illusion of acceptance and peace.
In reality they're poison for each other. The best thing they could ever do for themselves to move in with a normal person.
Grow your hair out, get on a treadmill, and be a bit more adventurous in life... it'll be amazing how much of your 'diagnosis' will vanish.
The problem is now going to get worse for 'Amy', because she believes she was 'born that way'. You ain't gay. Gay people are perfectly normal, brain-operating people, that just happen to have attraction to the same sex. Everything else behaves and acts the same. Relationships behave in the same manner as straight.
You were born getting hot for a fan. You using the excuse to sit there and not change your life, because there's nothing wrong with you, we should all just accept you for who you are right? Who are we to judge? It's our fault are dick doesn't get hard for some oinker with buzzed, that looks like a boy. What an asshole men are.
Grow up, and get out of the house and live. You're a scaredey cat making excuses for your failures in life.

Seems fake. Turn ona camera & these loser girls embellish their disorders. They may enjoy collecting things but I seriously doubt they are "in love" with them, until the camera crew arrived.
That must be the new thing in documentary filmmaking, find the smallest, wierdest, narrowist niche out there, and make a movie about it. I'm not sure why, , I guess they do pretty well on some of those cable channels (The bizarre ones, way up over 100). My brother was telling me he saw one about men who loved horses (literally, like bestiality). A guy in like Washington built this whole contration to allow him to be fucked by the horse. So one day, he climbed into it & the horse fucked him but killed him. Must have crushed his insides.

...and people like that are clinically insane. These are people that need a straight jacket and a whole slew of meds on a daily basis.
CrashDiet mentioned the "Guys With Dolls" documentary. Every single one of those guys that had 'relationships', could easily be explained why. They were alien-looking, fugly, loner, weird asses, with no social skills (except one) that carried on those relationships, because they just didn't dig women. Real ones that is. They just wanted something to "get off" with, and then embelished it for cameras.
One guy acted like a gay man, way too feminine and sensitive for your typical female, and was alien-looking. I felt bad for the guy, because he seemed like he had alot of love to give, but had no clue how to do it, and of course he can't help being ugly. But mental illness? Plastic wife? Ummm no.
The other guy was an English fellow that had lived with his mother all of his life, and at one point had to take care of her. In a sense, his mother was his wife. She died from long term illness, and he was left alone. The dude was Norman freakin' Bates. All he ever talked about was "mother", and had no game. He was a total drag.
The next guy was another total loser. Lived out on a desolate farm, by himself, in his 40's and basically played video games all day, and didn't want to do much else, and just talked about when he was in high school. He basically never grew up and became a man, and got the dolls as new "toys".
The final guy actually had social skills, but had mulitple dolls and it became very clear by the dolls design and how they were dressed, that the guy was a total pervert. He could get real women, but scared them all off because the dolls freaked them out, and he seemed to get off with them more, than a real one. The man had no emotional connection to a real female. Females seemed to equal one thing to him - sex machines. Nothing more. The dude was a freakin' narcissist.

What i find strange about this object thing is the way they attribute emotions and awareness back to the object itself.
Like i can kind of understand how a person might be sexually attracted to an object, I'm not, but just as a nude woman does it for me, maybe someone looks at a bow and goes "hot"...I can stretch to that level....but then when she says the bow knows it's good looking....

ahem don't want to tread on any toes but who here doesn't think GnR have at least a few fans who find secret meanings "just for them" in their songs or liner notes or whatever? 
And wasn't axl's neighbour/stalker a bit of an erm unconventional looking, rather stocky type of female, at the time he was dating Erin who was slim and pretty? And iirc didn't she think he was somehow in love with her?
It's called projection (yeah you all knew that but y'know) and I think these people in the docs (NOT stalkers etc) are harmless, they don't seem like they're the type that could easily have a relationship outside that so I say go to it and good luck,if it makes them happy and they're harming absolutely noone else, plenty of good arguments to be made that porn can harm the women involved yet it;s considered pretty sane and acceptable to look at that (I do myself truth be told 
).
And Id rather that guy had his real dolls than trying to find any other women that he can utterly objectify, because you have to figure that the next best thing to an inanimate doll is a dead chick or something. Sounds like these people have been dealt a bad hand by luck and background, looks, maybe even their own messed up choices, and are just trying to do the best they can.
I;ve seen too much unhappiness myself and with friends to say anyone should be denied anything that makes them happy, no matter how unconventional.

You're not wrong. I've known people on various other GN'R boards over the years that were convinced that Axl wrote songs for them, and were in love with them, and this was in the post-Karen days.
I might be an asshole, but there are some REALLY fucking weird people scattered in these boards, trust me.
