Hey everybody,

It is my pleasure to announce an album next week for all three consoles - Guns N' Roses Chinese Democracy.

Next week’s Rock Band Music Store lineup will feature 13 songs from Chinese Democracy. With “Shackler’s Revenge” from Chinese Democracy already featured on the Rock Band 2 soundtrack, the DLC album includes the following tracks:

(All tracks are original master recordings)

The tracks will be available for purchase as an album or individual tracks for Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION 3 system. The tracks will be available for purchase as individual tracks only for Wii.

This is great because certain "audio geeks" are gonna do a proper mixing of this album. They've been waiting for this.

I don't play Rock Band, but this will definitely sell and this might be a potential boost for actual album sales as well.

Cool, as soon as this baby hits the Megadrive I'll be happy as a pig in poop.

I wonder if things will start picking up now, like the unveiling of a tour, videos, and the re-release.

I don't care what anyone says, remember when Azoff said monumental promotion? Well, this is absolutely one HUGE step forward. So many people play these games, and so many people like to be completists and like to download everything Harmonix throws at them.

I'm buying the whole goddamn thing when it's comes out for PS3 on Thursday.

This isn't doing anything for promotion, the albums toast. A few of us board members will likely buy it, but people want AFD & UYI for GH & RB, not CD. Plus, Metallicas overshadowing this bigtime.

I got an Xbox 360 ... what am I gonna need to play the game? Like is this an expansion pack for Rock Band 2, or can I just buy ChiDem RB with the guitar controller?

I'm assuming it can be ripped like Shacklers so we'll have Axls vocal tracks appearing online. Exciting shit, first time I've been genuinely happy about a decision GNR have made in years big_smile
