Has anyone got it yet? I preordered mine on 11/09/08 and it hasn't arrived. Maybe this is on another thread, but what are the details of the AFD limited edition? Does anyone know because I haven't found anything official...or for that matter un-official. Thanks!

I have asked all over the place, and no one seems to know. It's also backordered all over the place.
No one seems to know what it is. And until then, I ain't ordering it.
I was hoping it might be a remaster of AFD, packaged with the new band re-arrangement of AFD. But most likely i'm guessing it's probably the album, and like a T-shirt or something.
