It's around 25 minutes of outtakes/demos including 10 minutes of Replacements with Tom Waits 
The Mats major-label reissues are dropping on Sept 23rd, and their entire back catalog gets a digital release the same day. Will be interesting to see if Tommys got promotional duties for the Mats with GNR dropping on RB2 just a few weeks later
