One more thing to check on--I am pretty damn sure (I need to verify), I was told a few months ago that Idolator was purchased by Universal. Funny, the riddle, and then a story linking to it? Let me verify, before the real speculation begins!

Like Axl surfs into a GNR fansite and finds out he's supposed to be touring.
Personally, I'd hope Azoff/Gould would bring in a little bit of mature leadership into this joke.

Well at least the artwork doesn't look like some of the fan-made shit out there, if in fact it is fake. It looks real enough to me.
The fact that the Chicken Dinner leak was nicely labelled and tagged unlike some of the others really sticks out too.
At least someone took the effort to make it all look very real....

Yeah its interesting alright. I have no problems with it though. As long as communication is established with music fans there's nothing to complain about.
I like Idolator and Stereogum. I get MIA info there from time to time.
