Just curious, how is Atlantic at fault?? Myb I missed something, but it seemed to me like STP are under contract with Atlantic, but STP is trying to terminate that contract. Atlantic seems to just want the next 2 or 3 albums released under their label.

In my limited understanding, STP has no right to just break this contract.

yeah it appears that Atlantic has legal "dibbs" on the next STP album and possibly 2 more as part of their record deal when they disbanded previously
maybe they owed STP seven albums and then atlantic had the option to extend it for 2 more
since they disbanded in 03...maybe they cut a deal for releaseing Thank-You for them to pursue Army of Anyone but now that STP is back they want a peice of the pie

Considering the clusterfuck this reunion is turning in to, I don't think Atlantic has to worry about a new STP record in the near future.
They were insane for not putting together a new GH package the second this reunion was announced.
