Re: GN’R 2022 Tour Thread
Apparently Axl didn’t sing half of Coma due to technical issues.
First time playing Reckless Life since 1993, which sounded good.
Also the debut of the AC/DC cover Walk All Over You, which also apparently sounded good
I wish they’d get rid of Slither, and thank fuck, that Seeker is dropped.
Re: GN’R 2022 Tour Thread
I didn't realize it already started.
The set list is insane...it's been insane since the reunion started. It's one of the reasons I had difficulty criticizing them for anything for the first couple years.
Half of the set isn't even necessary. They could so easily trim the fat. Only a hardcore fan would want that. If they could just release music on a regular basis, there would be nothing to criticize.
Interesting choice for an AC/DC cover.
I always wanted to hear Axl sing Girls Got Rhythm...still can't believe they didn't do it during Axl/DC.
Reckless Life an interesting choice at this juncture.

It may still be in the rotation as an alternate.
Black Hole Sun is gone although I don't even remember when they last played it...it may have been gone for awhile.
One more thing....
It's funny how the two "new" songs are together. It's like they know it's a piss break.
Re: GN’R 2022 Tour Thread
I’m still wondering where the 1-2 songs are that Slash talked about.
Still need to see a setlist and see the alts.
It’s a shame that his voice seems permanently broken now. I’m going to a show on this tour with my wife as I want to see them one more time (got my first and only chance to see them in 2017) and she’s never seen them but after this I don’t think I’ll bother again. Unless there’s more new songs released or he gets his voice fixed, what’s the point?

I've had no desire to go since 2017. Nothing ever really changes.
I might consider one more show if they do an AFD farewell reunion tour...for closure.
