Alice in Chains Tour 2018

Hey...so I'm doing a few concerts in April and May. One of them is Alice in Chains with duff 's band, Walking Papers as the opening act. Going to the Washington, DC show at the Anthem (a pretty good venue by the way!) on Thursday May 3rd. Let's all meet up before the show and grab some drinks if any of you are in the area during that day!

What happened to the live DVD they were gonna put out a few years ago? Did it get shelved?

I think they just finished recording a new album too

Not sure about the DVD. Yeah...seems like a new album is about to drop very soon due to the tour promo artwork and they may play new songs during the tour.

Saw the tour opener on Saturday. Great, fun show. Definitely their first gig in a while, but overall an awesome experience. I've seen AIC ever since they've been touring with William and was spoiled to be at the Providence show on Halloween in 2006. Look at this set from that show!

Wow. That set really highlights how strong their discog really was.

Love Hate Love is a monster track. I got chills when hearing it at Arco in 91.
