Re: Ideal Setlist Part 2: Coma vs. There Was A Time
As with the previous choice, the only time There Was A Time has been played this tour is when Coma has been dropped.
Both are extremely popular tracks, however I'd imagine Coma might win this one. If you're wondering however, There Was A Time has never been a set-list regular.
I'm voting There Was A Time, along with Estranged it's my favorite track.

Coma... CD songs just aren't great live but Twat is a great song.

Re: Ideal Setlist Part 2: Coma vs. There Was A Time
Tough one...Coma is GNR's most unique song....TWAT has Axl's best vocal performance in those screams.
Although I understand Atari's reasoning in putting these two against each other, I think the band themselves would be more logical to alternate Estranged and Twat - as they're similar songs - lengthy ballads made rocky with sizable guitar parts.
At this stage I think there's more good Coma footage than Twat footage so for a few shows at least I'd like it swapped around until someone films an epic version for me

Voted Coma.
Tough call to make since they are both epic songs. The outro on Coma imo, is one of the greatest GN'R moments in their entire discography. Although there are moments in TWAT I could just as easily regard as pure greatness.
