My thoughts on this matter is that the pictures look cool. Not saying they're anything though. I do believe there is life somewhere else in the universe. Randall you mentioned that bacterua might exist on mars. Correct me please if i'm wrong but at one time bacteria was the only thing that inhabited earth. Then that bacteria continued to adapt and multiply and adapt more to form different creatures, and adapt more. Who's to say that the same didn't happen on Mars and that the organisms that may be there can tolerate the conditions and the radiation. I mean can't a cockroach withstand the radiation fro an atomic bomb?

Yeah, but a cockroach needs an abundant oxygen and food supply. There is some oxygen on Mars, but from what we can see(so far), there's no food supply. Not saying a food supply doesn't exist somewhere(and this confirmation of water makes it feasible), but the search for life there looks to be a difficult one.
It has to be investigated though. There are waaaaaaaaaaay too many anomalies on the planet to not do a thorough search.
