Yeah, but a cockroach needs an abundant oxygen and food supply. There is some oxygen on Mars, but from what we can see(so far), there's no food supply. Not saying a food supply doesn't exist somewhere(and this confirmation of water makes it feasible), but the search for life there looks to be a difficult one.

It has to be investigated though. There are waaaaaaaaaaay too many anomalies on the planet to not do a thorough search.
