Eric Dover (Sextus)

I brought this up back at the old ROV ages ago, but I feel like mentioning again since it's evolved. Eric Dover's '10 years in the making' record (Sextus' "Stranger Than Fiction") may actually be coming out. But it's not the Snakepit Dover, who I love. Or the Imperial Drag Dover, who I like a lot. It's just a dance-club sort of rock that really doesn't sound like it takes 10 years to perfect.

You can go to www.myspace.com/sextus for some songs and clips of songs. I had heard most of those in high quality demo form in 06 and really I feel like now they're too busy and over-filled with shit. Still possibly something I'll consider checking out.

Hopefully Chinese Democracy will be a little better.
