Recording sessions that were put to tape back in the late 80s and going to be finally released later this year. Mixed by Dave Grohl. William was one of the guitar players in the band during that time and was only present during some shows and only appears on these previously unreleased recordings.

I think it's just guitar. Maybe some background vocals.  I found it posted on his facebook page and I think it was on the Foo Fighters one as well. Since Dave loved that band and helped mix alot of the tracks.
