He was arrested and in police custody for allegedly hiring a hit man to murder his ex-wife. For what it seems a number of odd reasons. I do hope the final verdict is proven that this wasn't the case; but if it is I will be deeply disappointed in the guy's behavior. Before all of this I recently invested in the new Austrian Death Machine, Triple Brutal Indiegogo campaign which the band is a Arnold Schwarzenegger parody metal project. Also the man himself would make an appearance as well as featured guests on various tracks. I would get a couple things with it and it was completely funded about a few weeks ago and Tim was about to send out the tracks to get them mastered, get the celeb guests on there, and other things while he was out on tour with As I Lay Dying. So if he is convicted and guility, I hope that me and many other contributors get a refund of our selections. Which I started to listen to a couple songs and dug them abit. Loved the first ADM album, loved a couple on the second, and was trying to get into As I Lay's music too since Killswitch is one of my favorite bands and they were up that alley. Even the press that met the guy said he was openly friendly and down to earth. So I guess we will see what happens next.

Guy's a chump. Better finish this album and piss off. So I can get my contribution package. Can't stand an addict especially one that wants to inflict harm on another.
