Re: Guns N' Roses, Jack White set for Bridge School Benefit
Man that's great lineup imo love the flaming lips & lucinda Williams so much. & u know how much of a jwIII fan I am. GnR aren't usually in that kinda company, even at festivals..
Please don't fuck this up Axl. Can't wait for him & ny to share a stage.

awesome...literally, maybe...just maybe....he wants something again.
I'm impressed by Team Brazil.

I live about 15 minutes away and will be there. I will give a full report and do my best to give live updates. But, having seen many, many shows at Shoreline, connecting to the net via the cell network can be tricky when the venue is packed.

^My thoughts exactly.
With how the Vegas shows are setting, on one hand you have Appetite for Democracy, on another, you have band posters with their names on it. Then the whole thing will be kicked with the first benefit show since... when? Farm Aid?
If they deliver, they win over a lot of PR. Now, if Axl'd start talking about a new album in the midst of warm reviews, their casual fanbase might actually give a shit. Do the double album, with disc one as the best of the best CD -era songs, and disc two as brand new songs by this lineup... Right, I dream.
Despite what my opinion of the Lebeis family has been, this counterbalances wedding gigs.
Re: Guns N' Roses, Jack White set for Bridge School Benefit
How this festival occurs? Bands play their full set or like in farm aid only a couple of songs?
It's usually a shorter set and generally acoustic/stripped down. I saw Smashing Pumpkins play an acoustic set there.
